I started my card by cutting my rectangle for my image panel. Then, I stamped the fish using summer sunrise ink. Then, I stamped over them again using versamark and clear embossed them. I stamped my sentiment and bubbles in black ink. Then, I sponged seascape ink all over the image panel except where my sentiment is. Then, I rounded the corners, matted the image panel, and created a slot to slide my ribbon through. I added my image panel and ribbon to my card base.
I added dimensional glaze to the fish bubbles to make them stand out a little more against the water background.
I used the dimensional glaze again on this card to make the turtle's shell and eye stand out more.
