Tonight's the night for the Hanna Stamps release party. Lots of fun, prizes, challenges, and chatting. Unfortunately, I'll miss the party tonight because we're leaving this evening to go camping for the weekend, but hopefully you'll make it and get to join in the fun. Party starts at 9 PM EST in the Hanna Forums on SCS.
I love the wedding cake in the new Bridal Hanna stamp set. I chose to use the colors white and aqua mist and love how it turned out. I stamped my image, cut it out, and colored it with copic markers. I matted the image and cut my card base from aqua mist cardstock. Then, I embossed a piece of vellum using a cuttlebug embossing folder. I decided to add a layer of white cardstock behind the vellum to help it stand out a little better. I punched holes in the top to thread my ribbon through (tutorial coming soon). I attached all my layers and added stickles to my cake.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!! Happy Independence Day if you're in the US!
