Baby Moose

There are 20 new Riley and Sophie stamps releasing tonight at Hanna Stamps. I didn't get a chance yet to stamp with all of them, but they are all super cute! I will have more over the next couple weeks, but I have to share the baby moose and Expecting Sophie moose.

This card is for the 5 challenge at the PJ party. The challenge was too be inspired by some pajamas. I used the pajama colors for my card. This is Baby Stroller Moose. Isn't that little moose peeking out of the stroller just too cute!! The binky charm is from the Hanna Stamps store. Kristi has lots of great charms that are perfect for cards. The buttons are button brads. They are so cute (made by Making Memories). And I finally got a Threading Water punch! I love scallops so I had to look for this punch when I was visiting my sister a couple weeks ago.

I've never seen a pregnant moose, but I bet they aren't quite as cute as Expecting Sophie! lol I stamped Sophie and colored her. Then, I stamped her on patterned paper and cut our her dress. I paper pieced it on Sophie and then cut out my moose and popped her up on the image panel. I added some fibers, a tag, and paper piecing to finish off my card.

Meet Baby Moose. So cute and it can be a boy or a girl. I wanted to make a card that was a different shape and could be used as an announcement or a congratulations card. I cut my cardstock 4 1/4 by 11 and scored it at just barely under 4 1/2 inches and 9 inches. Then, I added patterned paper and my baby moose. I cut my sentiment tag using a nestability ribbon tag die. While it was still in the die, I sprayed it with a copic marker using my air compressor. When I removed it from the die, I was left with a white border. Then, I stamped my sentiment and added it to my card using a pink ribbon.

Here you can see where the flap folds up.

And here is the bottom flap folded down. You could easily add details for a new addition to your family with a photo on one of the flaps or congrats on the birth of a new baby.

One more card to share tonight. I am getting worn out!! lol
